Michael’s expertise in numerous areas of food processing, engineering, and operations management quickly propelled him to leadership positions. His diverse experience across the industry has equipped him with a unique perspective on customer needs and market trends. Under his leadership, BMB Process & Filtration has expanded the company’s product offerings and enhanced its market presence, positioning it as a leader in innovative filtration solutions.

Residing in Burlington, Michael enjoys keeping fit, cycling, motorbike riding, and pickleball, and values time spent with his family.

She began her career in concierge services, where she developed a reputation for exceptional multitasking and a commitment to excellence. In 2020, Leslie joined BMB Process & Filtration and quickly advanced to Office Manager, overseeing operations and communications. Her diverse background equips her with a strong understanding of operational best practices.
 
Throughout her tenure, Leslie has implemented several efficiency-enhancing processes that have streamlined workflows and improved team collaboration. Her contributions have been integral to fostering a positive and efficient work environment while supporting the company’s mission of providing top-notch filtration solutions.
Leslie resides in Hamilton, ON.  In her spare time enjoys cooking, attending live music performances and spending meaningful time with her family.
