Michael’s expertise in numerous areas of food processing, engineering, and operations management quickly propelled him to leadership positions. His diverse experience across the industry has equipped him with a unique perspective on customer needs and market trends. Under his leadership, BMB Process & Filtration has expanded the company’s product offerings and enhanced its market presence, positioning it as a leader in innovative filtration solutions.

Residing in Burlington, Michael enjoys keeping fit, cycling, motorbike riding, and pickleball, and values time spent with his family.

In 2020, Leslie joined BMB Process & Filtration and quickly advanced to Office Manager, overseeing operations and communications. Her diverse background equips her with a strong understanding of operational best practices.
 
Throughout her tenure, Leslie has implemented several efficiency-enhancing processes that have streamlined workflows and improved team collaboration. Her contributions have been integral to fostering a positive and efficient work environment while supporting the company’s mission of providing top-notch filtration solutions.
Leslie resides in Hamilton, ON.  In her spare time enjoys cooking, attending live music performances and spending meaningful time with her family.
